Dr. Hugo Carriaga founded the law firm 40 years ago and has since been advising clients and companies on legal matters. He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1984, with extensive experience in civil and commercial law.

He coordinates an interdisciplinary team that approaches conflicts in the best way to offer comprehensive legal advice. This team includes lawyers specialized in various areas of law: civil, labor, and commercial; as well as medical professionals, psychologists, forensic doctors, and psychiatrists. All of them are supervised by the founding partner, Dr. Hugo R. Carriaga.

As a founding partner, he has also been involved in teaching, conducting postgraduate courses and seminars at the university level, and providing legal advice to business organizations, foundations, educational institutions, government agencies, unions, and security companies throughout the country and Latin America.

Currently, he is leading the development of the Legal and Technical Analysis Institute of Argentina (IALTEA).
